The 'Long Island Medium' gives Sarah Gilbert a reading on 'The Talk'

The "Long Island Medium" appeared on "The Talk" Wednesday and she gave co-host Sarah Gilbert a message from her father. Theresa Caputo was very professional and right to the point, but she also seem to use the same exact words and strategy of another famous TV medium, or psychic.

While Theresa usually appears to pull things out of thin air that are person specific, the reading with Sara Gilbert was what many might consider fairly generic. It was almost as if the "Long Island Medium" was fishing for information instead of the non-stop and rapid messages she usually hears from the spirits.

Check out the video of the "Long Island Medium" giving Sarah Gilbert a reading here on "The Talk.  Pay special attention to the way she said "do you understand that" and talks about a bunch of roses. Does this remind you a bit of John Edwards?

According to the video that appears on AOL, Theresa gives Gilbert a message from her late father who died 11 years ago. The "Long Island Medium" gives her two numbers, 7 and 10, and asks her if the numbers are an age or a month that she can relate to. Sara said the numbers were the age and the birth month of a child. Probably most people could associate these two numbers with something in their life if they think about it.

The medium with her Long Island accent also saw Sara’s father with a bunch of roses for her mother and Sara looked a bit perplexed. Theresa tells her that her mother will know what it means. Fans of Theresa might see this reading a bit too generic and critics will probably have a field day with it. One thing for sure, Theresa’s usual readings often shock and stun people because they’re usually filled with details no one else could possibly know.
